DISCLOSURE LANGUAGE

The Effective Dates of Various State Insurance/Securities Laws requiring the placement of unique,
state mandated "Disclosure Language" within charitable gift annuity agreements issued by
charities located in, ... OR ... issued to residents of the states listed below. ***

*** Note: Failure to place the unique state mandated "Disclosure Language" in each charitable gift annuity agreement issued from the dates shown below, can open the charity (in some of these states) to fines of up to $1,000.00 for each "non-complying agreement" if and when such non-compliance with their state laws becomes known to the state regulators.

Remember: Gift Annuity Agreements are contracts and remain in place for the lifetime of the annuitants. Some states require the charity to submit copies of all existing agreements when the charity files for a permit/certificate of authority.
