MASTER SET OF 6 GIFT ANNUITY AGREEMENTS

This Master Set of Six (6) Gift Annuity Agreements [3 Immediate and 3 Deferred Payment Gift Annuity Agreements (DPGA)] have been drafted to meet the requirements of the laws or regulations of all fifty states, with as few changes as possible as charity issues agreements to annuitants in any of the 50 states. The agreements must meet the requirements of not only the state where the charity is based, but also the states where the annuitants live. Each of the 3 immediate and 3 DPGA agreements include single life, two lives in succession and joint and survivor agreements. Includes the Special Wording (if any) for the state of the Charity.
All six agreements are available for $250.

ADDITIONAL WORDING

Thirty (30) states now require state mandated disclosure or other language in gift annuity agreements issued by charities based in their state or issued to annuitants who are residents of these states. The days of the one page, "one-size fits all" gift annuity agreement are over. Such generic agreements will no longer meet the laws and regulations of at least 30 or more states, the laws of which specify what subjects must be covered or what specific wording must appear in the gift annuity agreements you issue in their state.
